• Grip Flex Bar firmly as you bring one palm against your chest. Fully extend opposite arm.
• Inhale and hold.
• With slow steady movement, bring extended end of Flex Bar to the same shoulder.
• Extend Flex Bar with slow steady movement as you exhale.

• Grip Flex Bar firmly with slow palms up.
• Inhale. With a slow steady movement, bring ends of the Flex Bar together as you exhale.
• Extend Flex Bar with slow steady movement as you inhale.
• Breathing should be at a normal rate to pace your repetitions.

• Grasp one grip and place elbow on knee.
• Place opposite grip on floor near the foot.
• With slow and steady movement, bring end of FLEX BAR toward the floor.
• Extend Flex Bar with slow and steady movement.

• Bring thumbs over top then under Flex Bar.
• With slow steady movement, bring ends of Flex Bar together.
• Extend Flex Bar with slow and steady movement as you exhale.

• Raise the Flex Bar over your head and just above the neck.
• With slow and steady movement, bring ends of Flex Bar together.

Pull Down

• The Pull Down is an excellent full range maneuver for stretching, toning, and warm-ups.
• Sitting, standing or lying down, the Flex Bar can be used in almost any comfortable position to tone and strengthen the upper body.
• "Master" the thighs by placing the grips between your knees.

Chest Flex
