Wow!! Is there anything you can't do on the Rug Runner?
The Rug Runner is absolutely the most versatile exercise tool of its type.

How do you stay on it?
This is a very unique feature to the design. When you shift your weight from one foot to the other it will create a stable and constant force to the bottom of your feet.  You will be free to change your foot position at any time without lifting your feet from the tread.

How do I get off?
Simply stop at a down stride and step off.

Does it require a special balance skill?
No. The main concern is to be on a clean, carpeted sufrace and wear rubber bases shoes. As you shift weight from one foot to the other you will discover a unique equilibrium. You will begin to tilt and spin, creating the challenge and maneuver of your choice.

Is looks difficult. Is this something I will get frustrated or tired of using?
Absolutely Not! The RR is designed to give you a challenging, entertaining and safe workout. You will be surprised just how easy it is to tailor your workout to your skill level. There is great fun and physical challenge in every stride, twist and spin. There will always be a fresh challenge with your Rug Runner.

Is it difficult to assemble?

Assembly is simple, there are no tools required. Instructions are included.

The Rug Runner assembly is so simple, all you need to do is:

1) Insert one rail at a time into a single tread by using a side-to-side motion while applying force inward until the rail is firmly seated into the tread.

2) Insert the two rails at the same time into the second tread and apply a downward force with side-to-side motion against a solid padded surface. When all four ends of the rails are completely seated into the two treads assembly is complete.

(Never strike your Rug Runner with a hammer or bang on a hard surface. Use of a rubber mallet, if necessary, is permissible. Use body or baby powder as a lubricant to ease insertion of rails if necessary.)

For the Pole Assembly:

1) Insert the pin into the socket at the corner end of the RR tread by applying force at the socket pin saddle toward the socket hole.

2) Each of the four sections of the pole must be individually adjusted to the desired height by twisting counter clockwise to loosen and clockwise to tighten. Take care not to over tighten. Insert the bolt through the saddle of the socket pin and through the hole at the small end of the pole. Tighten the nut- not much more than hand strength.

Each accessory comes with its own set of instructions.

How much weight will the Rug Runner Hold?
The Rug Runner is designed to hold well over 300 pounds with little or no stress.

Will the Rug Runner damage my carpet?
No, the nicer the carpet, the better the Rug Runner glides. It is safe to use the rug runner on virtually any clean carpet. Thick/plusher carpets will add more resistance – Think of your carpet as snow… the plusher the carpet, the more powder the snow.
